We believe that our patients are the focus of our work and we render the best care and service to them. We centre our culture and mission around our patients and design our processes to bring satisfaction to our patients and their caregivers. Our staff enjoy an open, collaborative and fun working atmosphere that enables each individual to perform and maximise potential. We take pride in treating our staff as one big JurongHealth family, where everyone works together in a passionate and supportive environment.

Our team can leverage on learning tools such as classroom training, scholarships, sponsorships, clinical attachments, online learning, coaching and mentoring, among others, to help expand their capabilities.

We believe that engaged and satisfied employees are the key to excellent service to patients and their caregivers. We continuously involve our staff in the various aspects of hospital operations and provide different channels for them to provide their feedback to the management. Various communication platforms are also in place to bring staff up to speed on what is happening in the organisation.

We understand that fun is an important element in the work place. As such, there are various staff engagement activities throughout the year to build camaraderie, and ultimately, a cohesive workforce.

We believe in giving back to the society and hold community activities on a regular basis, such as free health screenings and health talks. We also put in place a Staff Volunteer Programme to create sustainable change in communities.

We pledged Fair Employment Practices in 2011 and have been aligning our work processes accordingly ever since.
